Anyone interested in the man, the legend, his art collection, and maybe cats should get themselves down to Sotheby's in Bond Street before the end of September if they can. There are two floors of art, furniture, and ephemera excellently presented.
This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity as Mary Austin has decided it's time for it all to be sold so the collection will never be in one place again.
